2. Hosting and server logs
This site runs on a server operated by netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, in a data centre in Germany. When you open the page, the server necessarily processes access data: IP address, date and time, the file requested, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and where applicable the page you came from.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in operating the site securely and without disruption. This data is not merged with other sources, is not used to analyse user behaviour, and is stored only briefly.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tool and embeds no advertising networks. That is also why there is no cookie banner. Details under .
4. Fonts, images and audio
Typeface, logo, artwork and the background track are embedded in the page itself and served from my own server. In particular there is no connection to Google Fonts or any other content delivery network.
5. SoundCloud player
The SoundCloud player is not loaded automatically. Only when you click “Play mix” is an iframe loaded from SoundCloud (SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Germany). Your IP address and browser data are then transmitted to SoundCloud, which may set its own cookies; if you are logged in, the request can be linked to your SoundCloud account. A transfer to third countries cannot be ruled out.
The legal basis is your consent, given by clicking “Play mix” (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable at any time with effect for the future by reloading the page. SoundCloud's own privacy policy applies: soundcloud.com/pages/privacy.
6. Links to social networks
The icons in the footer are plain links, not social plugins. No data is sent to Instagram, YouTube or SoundCloud unless you click them yourself.
7. Contact by e-mail
If you write to info@blackhat-hc.com, your details are stored in order to handle the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and deleted once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply. The mail server is also operated in Germany.

This site sets no cookies
No analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, no session cookie. Nothing is stored permanently in your browser either — the volume you set lasts only as long as the tab is open. That is why there is no consent banner: under § 25 TDDG consent is required only when information is stored on or read from your device, and that does not happen here.
The one exception: the SoundCloud player
If you click “Play mix”, the player is loaded from SoundCloud. From that moment SoundCloud can set its own cookies and process your IP address — which is precisely why the player only appears on click. Without that click there is no connection to SoundCloud at all.
What the page loads on its own
Nothing from outside. Typeface, logo, artwork and background track are contained in the page itself and come from the same server. Details in the .
